Ingredients

Serves 6

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 50 gr. Butter
  • 30 gr. Flour
  • Salt, pepper
  • Nutmeg

Procedure

Bring the milk to a boil, melt the butter in a saucepan and add flour, salt and pepper and a small amount of nutmeg. Gradually add hot milk and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden cuchiaio to avoid lumps.
